Through Sisterhood gatherings, the SEAL Family Foundation creates opportunities for NSW spouses to come together, build lasting friendships, share experiences, and find strength in one another.

Over the weekend, the SEAL Family Foundation was honored to host a private breakfast for the men who successfully completed Hell Week and the Tour, along with their spouses and kids. 💪💙

The breakfast, made possible by a generous donor, was a moment to pause, refuel, and celebrate not only the grit and determination of these warriors, but also the strength and support of their loved ones who walk beside them on this journey.

Today marks 25 years since September 11, 2001, a day that forever changed our nation.

We remember the 2,977 lives lost, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the first responders who ran toward danger without hesitation.

For the SEAL Family Foundation, this anniversary carries deep meaning. For 25 years, the Naval Special Warfare community has carried the weight of defending our nation, and their families have carried that sacrifice alongside them.

Today, we remember. We honor. And we remain forever grateful.

Deployments are hard on the entire family, and for children, they can be especially difficult.

When a father is away and the future feels uncertain, even everyday routines can carry extra weight. Young sons and daughters may miss a steady presence at home, while families work to keep moving forward through the challenges of separation.

A major focus of the SEAL Family Foundation is creating opportunities that allow kids to simply be kids. Through moments of fun, connection and community, children are given space to laugh, play and take a small break from missing their father.

Sometimes, a meaningful event or shared experience can bring a smile to a young person’s face when they need it most.

Leaving is difficult. So is coming home.

For SEAL families, reintegration can bring a mix of relief, adjustment and uncertainty. After long stretches apart, spouses often find themselves preparing not only for a loved one’s return, but for the emotional transition that comes with rebuilding routines, reconnecting as a family and finding a new rhythm together.

This month, the SEAL Family Foundation has hosted 5 spouse reintegration programs, creating opportunities for spouses to come together, share what they’ve learned and support one another through this important season. For those experiencing reintegration for the first time, the guidance of spouses who have walked through it before can be especially meaningful.

Because coming home is not the end of the journey. It is another part of it, and no spouse should have to navigate it alone.

What an unforgettable day at the 2026 James M. Sweeney Classic!
Once again, golfers, sponsors, donors, volunteers, and our incredible IUOE Local 150 family came together for something much bigger than a day on the course — standing behind the families of our nation’s Naval Special Warfare community.

The generosity and sense of purpose felt throughout the event are what make this Classic so special year after year.
