On Monday 3 of the scouts from Troop 35 joined 100s of other scouts from across the state in visiting the State Capital. They got to see the places first hand where our legislators vote and make changes that impact their lives. So proud of these young men for taking the opportunity to expand their understanding of state government.

2 of the Troop 35 scouts had a blast today at their Urban Air party for their MASSIVE popcorn sales!!

Huge congratulations to our council‑level popcorn sellers ($2,000+) who celebrated their hard work with an awesome Urban Air adventure. Their dedication, teamwork, and smiles say everything.

On Saturday 11/8 Troop 35 held its annual Veterans Day flag retirement ceremony. It was a beautiful ceremony so proud of the reverance & respect all the boys show during these ceremonies. Our ASPL Titus Tolbert did an amazing job as our emcee.

Then on Monday the scouts of Troop 35 attended the Veterans Program put on by American Legion Post 93 and Piedmont Regional Library - Commerce Public Branch. The youth enjoyed hearing from those who served our great country and paying reverevnce to POW and MIA Veterans.

Life Scout Ryan Wall helped to celebrate the opening of Harmony Grove Park in Commerce. This is where his Eagle project, 3 benches, 3 trashcan holders and 3 planter boxes will find their forever home. Proud of this young man and his community involvement.

Troop 35 had a busy weekend! Scouts worked the Haunted Trail Friday and Saturday night at Hilltop Haunt, Saturday 2 scouts attended the Jamboree on the Air and earned their Radio Merit Badges and closed out the weekend on Sunday working on an Eagle Project with one of our Life Scouts.

BSA Troop 35 is going to be raffling off an Oklahoma Joe Tohmoa 875sq in Smoker!

Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased from any scout in the troop or directly from Troop 35. Please comment or send a message and we will be in touch to get you your tickets! We take Cash and Cashapp.

The drawing will be held at Art in the Park on September 21st, you do not need to be present to win.
