Today marks the 10th anniversary of the founding of our organization. 10 years ago, our founders came up with an idea (literally on the back of a napkin!) to help veterans as they transition from the military, after experiencing difficulties themselves. What began as the spark of an idea led to organically building an army of incredible volunteers and a movement to support those that have served our nation.

Since that time-we have:
-Supported over 210 veteran Mentees
-Provided 170+ amazing volunteer Mentors and Talent Specialists to support our Mentees
-Enhanced the veteran transition experience of 91% of our Mentees

Next month on 11/11, we will celebrate our 10th anniversary and Veterans Day at North High Brewing-Dublin from 5-7PM at their Black and Tan event space. Mark your calendars and join us for a special evening as we plan to celebrate 10 years of impact!

We enjoyed spending an afternoon on The Ohio State University campus engaging with their fantastic student veteran population at their OSU Military and Veteran Services Resource Fair. 26% of our veteran Mentees are student veterans and we are grateful for the continued partnership with the outstanding Military & Veterans Services department at OSU. On this 25th anniversary of that horrible day-we remember the lives lost and impacted on 9/11. We are thinking of heroes like the "Man in the Red Bandana" Welles Crowther, a 24 year equities trader and volunteer firefighter. He courageously made three trips to the sky lobby, saving as many people as he could, until the burning building collapsed. We also honor the thousands of service members that answered the call to duty in the aftermath of 9/11-their lives also forever impacted. Never forget.
