Please be advised that the Local 71 office will be closed on Friday, October 16th, 2026. Due to the ongoing construction and outages we are experiencing.

We WILL be open full hours tomorrow, October 15th. We are no longer operating on a half day. We will re-open Monday, October 19th, 2026!

Thank you for being patient with us as we continue to work through the ongoing construction.

A few weeks ago, our Business Manager and Representatives had the pleasure of attending the 41st IBEW International Convention in San Diego, California!

We would also like to extend a special congratulations to the International President- Kenneth Cooper, and International Vice President- Austin Keyser on their reelection! We wish them both continued success as they lead the IBEW forward.

We’re proud to see Local 71 represented among the many dedicated members working together to move our union forward. Together, we continue to stand strong for our members, trade, and the future of the IBEW!⚡️

IBEW Local 71 is taking it off-road!

Join us November 7th at Wildcat Off Road Park in East Bernstadt, KY for a day of side-by-side riding, group trails, dinner, raffles, live music, and good times.

Don’t have a side-by-side? No problem! Bring your four-wheeler, dirt bike, or whatever you ride and come hit the trails with us. 🏁
