Applicants must apply in person, and provide proof of income (can be paystub, social security award letter, food-stamp award letter, housing award letter, medicaid award letter etc). We service clients in zip codes 43204, 43223, 43205, 43206, 43207, 43201, 43215, 43222. Once a client, we can provide free veterinary wellness care (vaccines, minor ailments, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention, and pet food) for our clients.
