EPIC YOUTH

EPIC YOUTH Empowering The Next Generation of leaders today!

EPIC Youth is a mentoring and empowerment organization dedicated to equipping young people with the leadership, academic, and professional skills they need to succeed. Through mentorship, hands-on learning experiences, and dynamic programs, we empower students to build confidence, develop strong character, and prepare for their future careers. Our work began with two core gender-focused initiative

s—Eryn PiNK Girl Empowerment and Men of ICE—which provide tailored leadership and personal development programs designed specifically for girls and boys. Now have expanded to leadership academies, in-school programs, and mentorship initiatives with structured pathways for self-discovery, teamwork, and critical thinking. At EPIC Youth, we believe that every student deserves access to transformative experiences and a supportive community. By providing safe spaces and meaningful opportunities, we ensure that young people are not just prepared for life—but inspired to lead in it. OUR EPIC VISION

At EPIC Youth, our vision is to create a dynamic, inclusive, and transformative ecosystem where young people are equipped with the skills, confidence, and support needed to thrive in school, career, and life.

A huge thank you to our partners at Huntington National Bank for investing in the next generation of leaders.

Special thanks to Kelly J.F. Blackmon for leading such an insightful session, EPIC Youth board member Daphne McKinnie for always supporting our mission, and Terri Lynn Erskine for organizing this meaningful experience for our students.

We’re grateful for partners who continue to pour into our youth!

Take pride in where you come from.
Walk boldly in the legacy you represent.
And carry a standard of excellence wherever you go.

Who you are shows up in your choices, how you move every day, what you post online, who you surround yourself with, and how you lead when nobody’s watching. Your judgment speaks before you even say a word.

Excellence isn’t something you turn on and off.
It’s a mindset. It’s a lifestyle. It’s the EPIC standard.

Grateful for community, service, and impact! What an amazing way to start 2026🙏🏾🔥

EPIC Youth is honored to receive the 41st MLK Breakfast Community Service Award and the 2026 Community Award from Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Alpha Sigma Omega Chapter for our commitment to serving youth and families.

This recognition reflects the power of what happens when a village believes in its youth, invests in their leadership, and creates space for them to thrive. We share this moment with our students, families, partners, and for those who support our work.
