Today is our Day of Giving! A day where we’re calling on our Central Ohio community to come together and help us continue making a lasting impact across our neighborhoods. Our goal is to raise $10,000 in just ONE day, and every dollar helps strengthen our community.

Here are some quick numbers on how your donation impacts the lives of your neighbors:

🏊 $25 teaches life-saving skills to a child in a 6-week session of swim lessons
☀️ $50 boosts skills and friendships with STEM and outdoor fun at Summer Day Camp
💪 $100 gives a child year-round team play through 8 youth sports sessions to stay active and build skills
📚 $250 provides two children with accessible, high-quality before and after school child care for a month
🛌 $500 provides a family with five nights of safe shelter and a warm bed on their path to stable housing
🧸 $1,000 gives a caregiver peace of mind with one month of quality child care for their toddler

YMCA Day Camp is the perfect mix of fun, safety and convenience—giving your kids a summer they’ll never forget (and you a break from hearing “I’m bored!” 😄). From hands-on STEM activities to outdoor adventures and field trips around Columbus, every day is something new!

Thank you to all the vendors, volunteers and staff for making this year's Healthy Kids Day one of the most impactful in recent years, despite the rain! We're thrilled that Mary has been featured as a YCON by our YMCA of Central Ohio Association. A dedicated volunteer with a green thumb, she is the reason our Hilltop YMCA has our beautiful garden and all of our trees 🌲What better day to feature her than Earth Day? 🌎

Check out our new trellises! Thanks to our Master Gardener Mary Rathke, the Kiwanis Club of Columbus, and The Columbus Foundation, our garden has gotten off to a great start!
