This past Sunday West Gate Council #129 celebrated 100 years of cryptic masonry! The entire Grand Council Officers Line was present for the event! And it was a beautiful ceremony.

Last night West Gate Council held its first inspection and live degree in over a year and a half! We preformed the Royal Master degree for our newest candidate brother Vincent Zak and even had a surprise visit from Most Illustrious Companion David Weimer. The current Grand Illustrious Master of companions in Ohio. Fun and fellowship was had by all and it felt good to be back to work!!

Companions and friends, it is with a heavy heart I inform you that yesterday February 26th, 2021 Right Illustrious Companion Jerry Belt, DDGM of 5th Arch Masons and current Grand Marshal for the Grand Council of Royal and Select Masons of Ohio has been called to serve in the Celestial Lodge above. Our condolences go out to Dianne and the rest of his family. He was a good friend to all who knew him and will be missed. Rest well Brother.
