serves as a co-chair of the Women in NAACP (WIN) Committee for the Columbus Branch, alongside . She assumed the role in July 2026.

Her involvement includes:

• Helping organize and strengthen the Columbus WIN Committee

• Recruiting at least 10 women to participate actively

• Advocating for Black women and families, especially in health, education, and workforce development

• Creating partnerships between WIN and community organizations

• Supporting membership growth within the Columbus NAACP

• Developing programs that elevate women’s leadership and address local inequities

WIN is an official standing committee within the . Its national mission is to strengthen women’s leadership and address the social, economic, political, educational, and health issues affecting women and children. Women in NAACP⁠.

This role aligns closely with Dr. Gregory’s work through and NCUS. She brings experience in women’s wellness, workforce advancement, education, and large-scale community engagement to the committee.
