The Columbus Arts Festival is closing early at 1:30 p.m. today!

Due to severe weather moving into central Ohio later this afternoon, the Columbus Arts Festival will operate on modified hours of 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. today, Sunday, June 14.

Columbus Jazz will perform at 12 p.m. on the Bicentennial Park Stage, and all other performances will continue as scheduled through 1:30 p.m., so we hope you will join us!

The decision was made to ensure the safety of Columbus Arts Festival artists, vendors, volunteers, staff, and guests. The early closure allows our nearly 500 artists and vendors to pack up and leave festival grounds safely before the severe weather arrives.

The Columbus Arts Festival organizers are grateful to everyone for their cooperation. Please stay tuned here on the Festival’s social media for any updates.

CALLING ALL FRANKLIN COUNTY MURAL ARTISTS! Apply for a chance to create a mural on Huntington Park—home of the Columbus Clippers. Finalists will be selected and paid a stipend to submit a site specific proposal.

Congratulations to the 44 artists who were recently awarded Artist Projects grants. We can’t wait to see these projects come to the Columbus community. And, a special thank you to the 200 community members that gathered for a day to review 99 Artist Project applications with thoughtful discussion and scoring. The Greater Columbus Arts Council announced today that 44 recipients of the first round of its 2026 Artist Projects grants were awarded $504,300.
