Greater Columbus Community Helping Hands Our Core Values
Since its establishment 15 years ago, GCCHH subscribes to five core values which are its fundamental beliefs and guiding principles:

Greater Columbus Community Helping Hand's mission is to provide quality programs and tools for economically-challenged students to overcome many of the barriers to achieving educational and career goals. Education: Prepare high school seniors for success in college and in life.
2. Financial Empowerment: Teach the practice of sound financial management.
3. Leadership: Enhance character and leadersh

4. Health: Promote community volunteerism and give a helping hand to others.
5. Stress Management: Identify and manage stress in healthy and safe ways. To help economically-challenged high school graduates excel in the pursuit of their education and career goals. B. To provide quality opportunities for economically-challenged students to enhance their character and leadership development through program support to other non-profit, service-providing agencies. C. To prepare students to become better and more responsible citizens in a competitive economy and job market. D. To promote community volunteerism by building a bridge between non-profit service agencies, high school graduates, and college students.

We have a few more days left to apply! If you know any high school seniors in the Columbus area that could use a laptop and other essentials to start college, please spread the word! Our Stepping Off to College Program has the resources to help. Four virtual workshops, lots of valuable information, scholarship access, chances to win gift cards and other great opportunities! Don't wait! The deadline to apply is November 18th! Please DM for additional information.

The Stepping Off to College Program is now open to accepting high school seniors. Students that complete the program will receive college materials needed to succeed. Such as; a laptop, printer, and other dorm necessities. All that are interested please IM for more information. The deadline to apply is November 18th. We look forward to another successful year!
