🗳️ Your voice matters. You deserve to vote safely and confidently.

For transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse Hoosiers, going to the polls can come with concerns about being questioned, challenged, or turned away because of who you are. You deserve to have your voice heard without having to navigate those worries alone.

That’s why IYG is once again inviting you to TRANSform the Polls, an initiative to help make voting a safer, more affirming experience during Indiana’s General Election early voting period.

Through our safety in numbers approach, eligible voters can request to be accompanied by IYG staff when they go to the polls. We’ll work with you to coordinate a time and location based on staff availability, and if your first choice doesn’t work, we’ll explore alternatives together.
