We want to extend a huge thank you to Christine Wokojance, a 40-year 4-H volunteer from OSU Extension - Summit County. Christine was recognized for her service to 4-H at the 2026 Ohio 4-H Conference in March.

Ohio 4-H teens traveled to Washington, D.C. to represent our state at the National 4-H Conference—sharing youth perspectives, collaborating with peers from across the country, and briefing federal agencies on real world issues impacting agriculture and communities. Stepping into Ignite, Ohio 4-H teens Evelyn Wade and Evelyn Hill wondered if their age would make their voices less valuable—only to discover it was their greatest strength. Through the 4-H “learn by doing” mindset, they stepped outside their comfort zones, built confidence, and realized they are ready to present, inspire, and create change both nationally and here at home in Ohio. 💚✨

🌟🍀 Leadership Camp is all about growing confident leaders.

This week at Ohio 4-H Leadership Camp, young people build skills that last — teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and learning how to lead with purpose. Camp gives them space to step outside their comfort zone, try new things, and grow alongside peers from across the state.
