📣 Exciting Staff Updates at First Tee – Southern Colorado! ⛳

We’re excited to share some changes to our team as we continue to grow and expand our impact across Southern Colorado.

👏 Congratulations to Jamison on her new role as our Caddie & Teen Pathway Coordinator, in partnership with the Colorado Golf Association! Jamison has made a tremendous impact as a Program Coordinator, and we’re excited to see her lead opportunities that help our teens grow on and off the course.

👏 Gavin is transitioning from Program Coordinator in Pueblo County to Program Coordinator in El Paso County. Gavin’s passion for creating meaningful experiences for our participants will continue to make a difference as he supports our growing programs in El Paso County.

🎉 Please join us in welcoming Zoey as our new Program Coordinator in Pueblo County! We’re thrilled to have Zoey join the team and are excited to continue expanding our programs and connections throughout Pueblo.

These changes reflect our commitment to providing even more opportunities for youth across our region. We can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings!

One of our amazing volunteers, Nick Baca, says his favorite First Tee moment is seeing kids achieve their goals. ⛳💙

Whether it's hitting a personal milestone on the golf course, gaining confidence, or accomplishing something they once thought was out of reach, Nick loves watching participants realize what they're capable of.

It's volunteers like Nick who help create an environment where young people can grow, succeed, and believe in themselves. Thank you, Nick, for the impact you make on our participants every day!

Summer at First Tee has been an absolute blast so far! ☀️⛳

From learning new golf skills and playing on the course to making new friends and building confidence, our participants have packed so much fun into the first few weeks of summer programming. Every day is filled with smiles, laughter, and opportunities to grow both on and off the golf course.

We love watching our participants challenge themselves, encourage one another, and develop the life skills that make First Tee so much more than golf.

Thank you to our coaches, volunteers, and families for helping make this summer one to remember. We can't wait to see what the rest of the season has in store!

What an incredible day at our Legacy Golf Tournament! ⛳️

Thank you to all of our players, sponsors, donors, and supporters who helped make this year’s tournament our best one yet. Your generosity, enthusiasm, and commitment to our mission made this event a tremendous success.

Because of your support, First Tee Southern Colorado can continue empowering young people with the character, confidence, and life skills they need to succeed both on and off the golf course. As First Tee Week comes to a close, we simply want to say one thing: thank you. 💙⛳

To every coach, volunteer, and mentor who gives their time, energy, patience, and heart to our participants — thank you for being game changers.

This week reminded us that the impact of a coach goes far beyond golf. The handwritten notes, smiles, memories, and moments shared by our participants show just how meaningful your encouragement and support truly are.

You help build confidence.
You create belonging.
You inspire resilience.
And you help shape young people into incredible future leaders.

At First Tee, golf is just the beginning — and none of it would be possible without the adults who choose to show up for our kids day after day.

And as our programs continue to grow across Southern Colorado, we always need more coaches and volunteers to join us. One more caring adult can make a lasting difference in a young person’s life.

Whether you have years of golf experience or simply a passion for helping kids succeed, there’s a place for you at First Tee.
