The United Way Executive Board of Directors would like to share that our Executive Director, Kevin, has resigned from his position. We sincerely appreciate Kevin’s years of service and the many contributions he has made to our organization and community.

Our Board is actively working on next steps, and we will be posting the Executive Director position soon as we begin the search for new leadership. During this transition, United Way remains committed to serving our community and continuing the important work of our organization without interruption.

We appreciate your continued support and partnership during this time.

We had our first long term recovery meeting this Sunday, and were extremely appreciative of the support for our community. After the Storm was hired by Branch County to provide case management for survivors of the March 6th tornado. They will open a case for you, identify funding sources, and then help you through the process of finding additional financial support to fill the gaps. They can also help connect you with local skilled laborers.

Our hope is to connect as many local survivors with After the Storm as possible over the next two weeks. I would like to encourage you to open a case with Brittany Beard at After the Storm. They are the real experts in this area and will be able to provide you with all possible resources.
