Getting ready for summer session training is much more fun when you have a theme. This year's theme of Lego: Build Yourself Up inspires us to LEGO: Learn to Lead, Explore new things, Grow beyond your doubt and be Open to Opportunities. Each day of training and each week of camp will put each letter to the test with adventures, crafts, activities and fun that build friendships, and makes you a better YOU! We are thrilled to continue partnerships with Chester County Food Bank Wonderfully Me Incorporated Coatesville Area Public Library The Episcopal Church and along with our school round enrichment volunteers, instructors and staff with new faces from our interns with Coatesville Youth Initiative . We can't wait for a Lego themed and fun- filled summer this year. 4 weeks awesome.

Final chance to enroll in our FREE 4-week Lego themed SUMMER CAMP for 2026 at CKC!
We have a few spots left and applications for our final registrants will be due on Thursday June 25, 2026 by 3pm. We are excited to return to our summer programs this year after a year of hiatus. Our students were invited to participate in a trip to Lincoln University to explore their options for post-secondary success. We partnered with Chester County Futures who took students to visit the campus, get a tour, ask questions and learn more about options at Lincoln. This is what preparation and exposure looks like through meaningful partnerships. Our students had a blast and now feel more prepared to seek information while considering their choices for life after high school.

Summer programs are underway as we take time to organize, train, and prep our spaces for an amazing LEGO themed summer session.
Our students will engage in enrichment that will build their Leadership skills, Encourage them to explore, Grow in wonderful ways and be Open to new Opportunities that will build them up to being their best. Our end of year ceremony with our friends and family are always cherished. Our students were celebrated, dancing, enjoying a slideshow of memories and great refreshments from parents and volunteers. Thank you for everyone who supported our students and families this year and for those who show up daily reminding our students they are loved and supported and that we can make a positive impact on our community. CKC 2025/2026 is complete, now it's time to get in gear to building ourselves up, Lego style, as the theme for our summer session for 2026. If anyone wants to get involved or donate please reach out and stay tuned for updates on how to get connected and support our return to camp this year.

Tonight at CKC we will be celebrating so much, but we wanted to give an early shoutout to Aniyah Raison, a CKC star since Kindergarten, who not only is graduating with honors but will be attending York University for nursing on a FULL SCHOLARSHIP!!!!! She has done nothing but be exceptional, showcase leadership, strength and mentorship and model to her family and peers that you can be and do anything if you just try, and do their best. We are grateful to see her achieve such an accomplishment and even more so to have witnessed her growth throughout the years. Congratulations Aniyah Raison,
