🎉 Please join us in celebrating Aja Evers!
We are excited to announce that Aja Evers has joined our Executive Leadership Team as Senior Program Executive of Coatesville Kids to College (CKC)!

Aja first came to our organization as a volunteer, grew into a Program Director, and for more than two years served as Assistant Executive Director of Coatesville Kids to College. Now, she is stepping into executive leadership, bringing years of experience, dedication, and a deep commitment to the young people and families we serve.

In her new role, Aja will provide senior leadership for CKC while serving alongside our Executive Leadership Team. The title Senior Program Executive of CKC replaces our previous Program Executive Director title as part of our evolving leadership structure.

👏🏽 Congratulations, Aja! We are excited to see what’s ahead. Please help us welcome Aja into this next chapter of leadership!

Whether you joined us for the Spring Leadership Lab Summit or are just beginning to explore belonging-centered leadership, this fall, starting September 16th, is an opportunity to take the next step.

The BELONG Leadership Cohort is a six-session leadership development experience designed for leaders who want to create workplaces where people feel seen, valued, connected, and empowered to do their best work.

Throughout the cohort, you’ll engage in meaningful reflection, practical strategies, and actionable tools grounded in the Belonging-Centered Leadership Framework. Together, we’ll explore how intentional leadership can strengthen connection, build trust, and create the conditions for people and organizations to thrive. We’re Hiring: Youth Belonging-Centered Cohort Facilitator

Do you believe young people thrive when they feel seen, valued, connected, and like they truly belong?

Educational Equity Alliance (EEA) is seeking an engaging Workshop Facilitator to lead after-school youth Belonging-Centered Leadership cohorts.

The facilitator will lead approximately 6–8 interactive sessions this fall using EEA’s BELONG curriculum, guiding young people through meaningful conversations, activities, reflection, and experiential learning focused on:

✨ Belonging & inclusion
✨ Empathy & connection
✨ Identity & self-awareness
✨ Inclusive leadership
✨ Courageous conversations
✨ Psychological safety
✨ Equity & cultural humility

You don’t have to be an expert in our curriculum—we’ll support you! Our Belonging-Centered Leadership Trainer will provide training, onboarding, and coaching to help you prepare for and facilitate the cohort.

We need 4–6 strong helpers from 4:00–4:30 PM to unload and carry large carpets from a truck to the 2nd floor educational wing at Coatesville Bible Fellowship (6 N. 4th Avenue, Coatesville).
