Reese Roettger is a 2026 graduate of Waukee Northwest High School. She was nominated by her mother Megan Roettger and family friend Erin Plaza, both from the Des Moines Area Association of REALTORS®.

In addition to serving as a leader in the Waukee Northwest High School National Honor Society and student council, Reese captains both her high school soccer team and club soccer program. She has also dedicated time to community service through volunteer work with Meals from the Heartland and Dance Marathon.

Reese plans to attend the University of Iowa to major in marketing with a minor in management.

REALTORS® Volunteer Days are all about giving back, and few stories capture that spirit better than Raymond Siddell’s.

What began as a disaster response during the 2020 Iowa Derecho quickly grew into Together We Achieve, a nonprofit dedicated to meeting people where they are and helping neighbors working toward stability.

Nearly six years after the derecho, Together We Achieve continues to make a lasting impact on the community, thanks in part to Raymond’s leadership and the network he’s curated.

Kolby Oldenkamp is a 2026 graduate of Sioux Center High School. She was nominated by her aunt Jennifer Jansen with Northwest Iowa REALTORS®.

A dedicated athlete and leaders in 4H and FFA, Kolby has excelled at a wide range of extra-curricular activities. While she has participated and lead community service projects such as a ditch walks to remove litter and assisted in Clover Kids programming, she has also excelled at entrepreneurial endeavors, including her charcuterie board business, Kolby’s Cuts.

Kolby plans to attend Dordt University to study secondary education for math and physics, with a minor in Spanish. She will also run track and cross country.
