🚤⚓Get ready for boating season!
The Macomb County Sheriff’s Office Marine Division will be hosting a FREE Boater Safety Course alongside the St. Clair Shores Firefighters at the new Central Fire Station!

🕔 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
🛟 Did you know?
• Anyone born after December 31, 1978 must have a Boater Safety Certificate to legally operate a personal watercraft (Jet Ski).
• Anyone born after July 1, 1996 must have a Boater Safety Certificate to operate a boat in Michigan.
This is a two-day course, and attendance on both nights is required to receive your Boater Safety Certificate.
Whether you’re new to boating, operating a jet ski, or just want your certification before summer gets busy on Lake St. Clair, this is a great opportunity to learn safe boating practices from local public safety professionals.
