This weekend the 3rd served as the host unit once again for the 249th anniversary of the Battle of Hubbardton in Vermont. It was a beautiful weekend with a large number of visitors to the site. We are as always honored to help continue showcasing the lives of the people who fought on this historic site.

We will, as a unit, next be at the Mt. Independence historic site on Labor Day weekend!

The 3rd were thrilled to spend the July 4th weekend at Fort Ticonderoga for their "Return of the Army" event. It was truly the perfect way to spend the 250th anniversary of Independence Day! Huzzay

From all of us in the 3rd Massachusetts Regiment, we'd like to extend best wishes on this the 250th anniversary of our nation's Independence! We strive as always to help recreate and celebrate the proud history of this nation and the men and women who helped to build it! Happy Independence Day and Happy 250th America!

Once again the 3rd gathered for our yearly highly anticipated event. Smokehouse Saturday! It was a fun, relaxing and delicious time!

Also the 3rd would like to extend best wishes of Happy Father's Day to all the Dads out there and the great dads in our unit!

This weekend members of the 3rd Mass traveled to Fort Ontario in Oswego, New York. It was a fun time as always!

Now we have a couple weeks off from historical events but we'll be back on the weekend of July 4th at Fort Ticonderoga! Huzzay!!

The 3rd was delighted to participate in the Cornwall militia days event this weekend in Cornwall CT. It was an incredible weekend of fellowship, drilling, interpretation with the public, barbecue and a surprise appearance from a famous actor. Huzzay!

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mothers out there! A special shout out to the Mothers that help our unit in so many ways! Huzzay!!

This weekend the 3rd Mass was delighted to serve as guards for General and Mrs. Washington at Jockey Hollow in Morristown, New Jersey. It was a great way to kick off the 2026 season and work out the cobwebs! Onto our next event!

Next week April 18-19, the 2026 season kicks off for the 3rd Mass as we head down to Jocky Hollow in Morristown New Jersey. We are honored to be serving as the guards for His Excellency General Washington and Mrs. Washington! We look forward to the event and hope to see many of you there!
