Big emotions was the focus of the songwriting class Monday with 360 Love Healing and Abundance. As humans, emotions are a part of life, and while we all share in big emotions, we need an outlet for expression and a positive way to channel those big emotions.

Students learned:

🎵Basics of songwriting
🎵Songwriting is an art form
🎵Finding your people - support system
🎵Finding a modality to channel emotions rather than holding them inside
🎵Actively writing together through collaboration

🍽️ Local Flavor for Local Impact 🍽️

We have an upcoming fundraiser, and we need YOUR help!

Throughout October, we’ll feature a variety of restaurants across White County. Visit the participating restaurant on its featured night, and 10% of that night’s profits will be donated to United Way of White County. United Way will allocate these funds to local nonprofits that directly help our community thrive.

🤩Our Community Partners are rock stars allowing us to serve foster youth, along with adopted and at-risk youth in Georgia and Tennessee through the healing power of music.

🎸Children ages two and up to 21 if they are still in care, have free access to Music Lessons, Music instruments, Music Therapy, Songwriting classes and other therapeutic programs that assist children who have experienced trauma improving mental health and behavioral health.

🎵We are in need of more partners in 2027 who will invest in the life of a child giving them the gift of music, healing, connection and hope for a brighter future.
