Humans are wired to set goals. Making progress on the things you want brings you satisfaction. Set three small goals and get to it. Watch how happy you feel as you check these things off….THAT’s the kind of Dopamine you want.
What 3 small things will you set and work on?Claim it here and come back to share if you achieved your goal and how it felt.

The kids taught me a game today…Sharks and Minnows. So much fun. The stop and quick go of play is great exercise. Tryouts for KISS Club January 29th from 3-5. Pick up a form in the front office or CD’s room.
