We were proud to host an In-Person Town Hall this week with Services for Independent Living, Inc. (SIL) and Disability Rights Ohio. It was a great opportunity for people with disabilities to share their opinions and experiences regarding issues that are important to them with local policy makers and other disability community members. We are already looking forward to the next one to continue these important conversations.

We witnessed some fantastic performances at the Talent & Art Show last Saturday at the .center, including singers, dancers, drag performers, and an original improv skit! If you weren't there, you missed a great show! It was a celebration of creativity, talent, and community. We couldn't have done it without the support of the residents of Cuyahoga County through a public grant from Cuyahoga Arts & Culture.

We had a great time at our Disability Pride Party at on Tuesday. There were storytellers, trivia, musical acts, and a drag show! We had crafts and joined us as well. We can't wait for the next one!

This Disability Pride Month, TV20 visits LEAP: Linking Employment, Abilities and Potential. The organization serves people with all types of disabilities, and works to promote social change in order to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities.

LEAP staff and volunteers had a great time at the Guardians Disability Pride Celebration! We had a table at the resource fair prior to the game and then enjoyed watching the team bring home a victory. We look forward to continuing our partnership with the Guardians to celebrate disability pride!
