After twelve years of dedicated service, our Executive Director, Rose Zitiello, will be transitioning from her role at the end of this month. We want to extend our sincere gratitude to Rose for her years of leadership and service. Often, a leader’s most meaningful work happens behind the scenes, without public recognition. On behalf of the Board and staff, we thank Rose for all that she has done and continues to do to help Westown Community Development serve the community and support its vision for the future.

As we prepare to pass the torch and begin our search for a new Executive Director, the Board and staff are taking all the necessary steps to ensure continuity of operations and keep programs and services moving forward without interruption. During this transition, Board President Eric King will serve as the primary contact for matters related to the leadership change. Questions may be directed to [email protected]. We appreciate your continued partnership and support of Westown CDC.

In the coming months, we will share more about our strategic roadmap and the work ahead. One of the first steps is identifying a new leader to help guide our next chapter.
