🏡✨🌱 Neighborhood pride starts right at home.

This summer, we asked Union-Miles and Mt. Pleasant residents to show us the yards they were proud of, and our neighbors delivered!

Congratulations to Mr. Hollingsworth of Benwood Avenue, winner of NuPoint’s Curb Appeal Contest! 🏆🌿 He received a certificate of recognition and a new plant to add to the yard he has already put so much care into. But this is bigger than having the “best” yard. When residents care for their homes, plant flowers, cut the grass, clean up the block, check on a neighbor, or organize together, it sends a message: WE care about where WE live.

We want to keep that energy growing throughout Union-Miles and Mt. Pleasant. 🏡💚

And we are taking it a step further. Block Club Training is coming next month, giving residents tools to organize their blocks, connect with neighbors, address concerns, and build stronger streets together.
