Free Event! The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland is hosting a free legal advice clinic on Saturday, May 16th at Cleveland Public Library from 10AM-11AM. Legal Aid Society staff and volunteer attorneys will be present to answer questions about civil legal issues related to housing, safety, consumer rights, health, family, education, work, and money. 📣We have another position open! We have a Counselor position open at our Main Campus in Cleveland.

Job Description:
Provide clinical recovery services to individuals with substance abuse/mental health issues.

Lead clients through the full cycle of treatment management.

Provide treatment for adults struggling with substance abuse disorders via in-person and Telehealth counseling services.

Conduct individual assessments on new clients to create a personalized treatment plan.

Individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and case management to ensure that client needs are being systematically and comprehensively addressed.

Facilitate discharge planning, including aftercare plans and referrals to appropriate community resources.

Apply evidence-based practices (interventions, counseling, and therapeutic techniques) to help our clients achieve positive outcomes.

Meet or exceed all productivity and notes/clinical documentation requirements (and other professional and operating standards) as defined by our organization, board, and accrediting bodies.

Foster our unique and supportive company culture by developing positive therapeutic relationships with our clients and strong professional relationships with all coworkers and leadership.

Pay: $38,709.00 - $54,000.00 per year
Salary commensurate with experience

CATS is hiring in Wadsworth!
We have 3 full-time positions open for a Care Management Specialist. Care Management Specialists (CMS) are responsible for all matters relating to the safety and security of employees, residents, and visitors. CMS are directly responsible for ensuring the continual accountability of assigned residents, and a safe and secure environment for treatment and rehabilitation. CMS supervise resident drug and alcohol testing, visitation, recreation, laundry procedures, cleaning, transportation services, and other related duties as required.

Preferred Qualifications
· Training or experience in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment & recovery, consumer engagement, healthcare, social services, and criminal justice systems; preferred.
· High School Diploma or equivalent required, CDCA preferred.
· Experience with adult and/or juvenile offender/inmate/resident supervision and discipline preferred.
· Valid Ohio Driver’s License preferred.
· Must be able to pass a BCII/FBI background check, drug screen, and obtain a Medicaid billing number.
