This weekend on Veterans Voices, we’re continuing our conversation about something every veteran, family member, and friend should know about: help when a veteran is in crisis.

The Veterans Crisis Line — 988, then Press 1

Whether you’re struggling yourself or you’re concerned about another veteran, the Veterans Crisis Line is available 24/7. You don’t have to wait until things become unbearable to reach out.

And we’ll also talk about Objective Zero — an incredible resource that helps connect veterans with other veterans for peer support, conversation, and connection.

Sometimes, the most important thing we can do is simply answer the phone, start a conversation, and remind someone that they aren’t alone.
