It’s been a crazy couple of weeks for the Chapter. Started off with the Legislative breakfast in Atlanta which was immediately followed by our monthly meeting. The funeral of past National VFW Commander who was a big contributor to the post we now call home so the Commander went to represent the chapter. The Purple Heart luncheon in Habersham Co. hosted by the County Commissioner’s for all veterans in the area where each VSO was highlighted as guest speakers for the event. And then that weekend we participated in the Clayton Block Party. We got rained out but still had a great time!

CAP outings and education, radio recording, fundraising, ect have all taken place as well. We are constantly out contributing to our community and putting veterans first. If you would like to get involved pm the page or come to our next meeting Oct 5th 6-8pm at the Toccoa VFW. We would love to see you!
