serves the community by strengthening youth and families. SERVICES: ALL SERVICES ARE FREE OF CHARGE!!! Counseling: RCYS has seven Master's level counselors that provide individual, group and family counseling; Crisis intervention; assessments; and referral
services. Parenting with Love and Logic: Every parent should attend this class. Your home will be a much more peaceful place using Love and

Logic parenting. Me and My Guy Dance: Every girl needs to be shown how a guy should treat her. One night of the year, dad's, grandads, uncles, and designated dads get the opportunity to show their girls how special they are and how they should expect to be treated by the opposite sex. It's a great night of dancing and fun. UTurn: Jr High and High School students who have been suspended from school can attend our day supervision program, where they will receive educational assistance and work to improve the behaviors that caused their suspension. See our website at rcys.org for more details on all of our programs. All services are provided free of charge.

It took a chili supper, a 20-person money chain, and 6,000 Rogers County neighbors to get RCYS started. The first 7 months were funded entirely by people who simply believed in the potential of youth.

That's a wrap on our 2026 Foyil team camp!

This year, campers created story art, learned how to pot plants, played capture the flag, completed obstacle courses, learned from the curriculum 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens, and participated in an "amazing race" of 7 different series of challenges that reinforced various skills learned throughout the week.

We had such a great time getting to know each of these kids, laugh with them, and teach them life skills to help equip them for the future. We love you, Foyil!

Big news for Rogers County kids and families!

Thanks to the advocacy of Senator Seifried, RCYS has been awarded $2 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds from the state of Oklahoma - and it's going straight toward our new campus.

This is what it looks like when someone goes to bat for their community.

Senator Seifried, we are grateful for you and the work you do at the capitol. Rogers County is better because of it.

On August 17, 1976, a gap in the law left youth in Rogers County with nowhere to go. A group of community members sat down together and decided to do something about it. That single meeting became RCYS.

Congratulations to our fearless leader, Herb McSpadden, for winning OAYS' Outstanding Youth Advocate award! This is the highest award given by Oklahoma Association of Youth Services. We don't think they could have picked a more deserving recipient. Herb is the same individual behind closed doors that he is in the public eye. He believes in the potential of youth and will do everything in his power to advocate for the young people of our community, setting them up for successful futures.

We are grateful for you, Herb! A much deserved award!
