Some of the best days are spent in service. The Ignite team volunteered with our client, St. Vincent de Paul - Cincinnati, assisting neighbors as they shopped the food pantry and supporting behind-the-scenes work in the warehouse. In 2025, SVDP's pantries served more than 134,400 neighbors across Cincinnati. Thank you for the work you do, day in and day out.

Some of the biggest wins at Ignite happen behind the scenes. Rachel Ahrnsen managed a compressed wave of grant activity, built a new regional strategy, and kept every ball in the air all while preparing for maternity leave. She is our Q3 Core Values Award winner for embodying what it means to be adaptive. Congratulations, Rachel!
