Harvest season is in full swing! That means more farm equipment on our roads. A few extra minutes of patience can help prevent a senseless accident.

🚦Slow down around equipment
🚜 Give equipment extra room for large loads and wide turns
👀Be alert and keep eyes on the road, watch for caution lights
❌ Only pass when you can see that it is SAFE to do so

And remember with vehicles hauling loads, the space in front of them while driving is there for safe stopping distance. Those car-length gaps are for your safety and theirs. They can NOT stop as fast as a passenger car, so stay out of their stopping zone.
Have a safe and successful harvest season!
