Every exhibition has its own soundtrack, and these final days are some of the most meaningful.

Our current exhibitions have just one week remaining before they close. Stop by, slow down, and experience the art—and the sounds—that make monca come alive.

TODAY! monca presents American History: The Missing Piece, a talk and community event with local author and educator Anecia Johnson. Taking place today starting at 2PM, this program explores overlooked narratives in American history through Johnson’s lens of education, culture, and lived experience. Children, students, and monca members are free. $5 museum admission for all others.

Memorial Day Weekend Hours at monca

We will be open our normal hours this Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM–5 PM.

Please note that the museum will be closed on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25.

As always, we are proud to be housed inside the historic Veterans Memorial Building and are grateful for those who have served.

Meet new friends, converse with artists, and explore artwork at monca on Friday, May 22nd from 6-7:30PM for Cocktails & Conversations 🍷

Explore the current exhibitions, the 4th Annual Foster Care Museum, Small Wonders, and Uninvited Guests. Artists whose work is on view will be at the event to answer questions about the pieces, start conversations, and meet community members 🖼️

Mocktails, beer, and wine will be available for purchase at the bar.

$10 General Admission

Tickets available for purchase online and in-person at the museum.

This event is a fundraiser for monca, with all admission going toward supporting similar educational and cultural events at the museum.
