⭐️ John Moten IV ⭐️
John Moten IV is a Client Associate in Commercial Mortgage Lending at JPMorgan Chase, where he focuses on loan production for stabilized retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties across Chicago, Denver, Portland, and Seattle. He currently supports three teams managing a combined loan portfolio over $1 billion. Previously, John worked in CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance group in Chicago, where he sourced $45 million in loan volume spanning more than 250,000 square feet across eight states during his first two years in origination. He is a licensed Illinois real estate broker
John earned a B.S. in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, where he was a Division I football student-athlete, Academic All–Big Ten honoree for three consecutive years, three-time bowl champion, and a two-time Big Ten Football Freshman of the Week. Additionally, he was a founding member of the Black Student-Athlete Alliance within Northwestern’s Athletic Department.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, fitness, travel, golf, and exploring new cuisine.
