We’re so grateful to have spent last Saturday at O’Hare with the women of United Airlines for Girls in Aviation Day!

From pilots and engineers to flight attendants and airport operations professionals, our girls spent the day learning about the many career paths in aviation and the women leading the industry.

We're grateful to United Airlines for their continued partnership and for creating opportunities like Girls in Aviation Day, which give our girls the chance to explore new careers and envision themselves in the aviation industry.

We’re 2 weeks away from the Strong Smart Bold Gala! ✨

For Farrah, being part of Girls Inc. of Chicago has taught her some important things: to believe in herself, stay open to learning, and build friendships with other girls.

From trying Double Dutch lessons and learning dance routines with the Joffrey Ballet to practicing public speaking and developing their leadership skills, our girls are constantly given opportunities to learn, try new things, and connect with others.

For Farrah — and many of the girls in our programs — each experience is an opportunity to learn something new, meet someone new, and discover something new about herself.
