A BOLD summer is on the horizon… ☀️

Bold Girls Society Summer 2026 begins in two weeks, and this year's theme is: “Rise and Thrive: Own Your Future."

This summer, our girls will explore topics centered around career and college readiness, healthy relationships, healthy living, conflict resolution, and building the confidence to advocate for themselves and their futures.

We're excited to spend another summer creating pro-girl spaces that help our girls build confidence, discover what's possible, and take ownership of their futures.

Happy Caribbean American Heritage Month!

This Caribbean American Heritage Month, we're celebrating Caribbean American women whose contributions have helped shape the fields of science, technology, engineering, and medicine.

From pioneering advancements in healthcare to breaking barriers in aerospace and advocating for children's well-being, women like Dr. Patricia Bath, Dr. Aprille Ericsson, and Dr. Nadine Burke Harris remind us of what's possible when girls are empowered to be strong, smart, and bold.

At Girls Inc. of Chicago, we're committed to helping girls explore STEM, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to become the next generation of innovators and changemakers.

Want to help create more opportunities for girls in STEM? Visit the link in our bio to learn how you can get involved.

✨ Glow Cam Ready! ✨

This week, Brooklyn stepped in front of the Glow Cam to share how Girls Inc. of Chicago has impacted her journey.

Over the years, we've watched Brooklyn blossom into a young woman who uses her voice to advocate for herself, her peers, and her community.

This summer, Brooklyn — along with several girls from our Bold Girls Society and Teen Advisory Council — will travel to Saint Louis University to participate in the Girls Inc. Team Summit, a regional youth-led leadership and advocacy conference.

Opportunities like these help our girls build confidence, strengthen their leadership skills, and discover the power of their voices.

Join us in celebrating Brooklyn and all of our girls who continue to lead boldly and inspire change. Like, share, and repost this video to help us amplify their voices.

💫 Happy National Say Something Nice Day 💫

At Girls Inc. of Chicago, we know the power that kind words have on a girl's confidence, self-esteem, and sense of belonging.

Through programs like Bold Girls Society, Teen Advisory Council, and our Strong Smart Bold Summer Camp, we create spaces where girls feel encouraged, supported, and empowered to grow into strong, smart, and bold leaders.

Whether they're building confidence, forming meaningful friendships, or learning to use their voices, our girls are constantly reminded that they are seen, valued, and capable.

Today, we're celebrating the importance of uplifting one another and reminding the girls in our lives just how powerful, brilliant, and capable they truly are. 💖

Share this post and say something nice to a girl who inspires you.

Let’s talk about what too often goes unspoken.

Menstrual Hygiene Day is about breaking stigma and creating a world where menstruation is understood, supported, and never a barrier. It’s a reminder that access to menstrual products and education is absolutely essential.

At Girls Inc. of Chicago, we believe every girl deserves the knowledge, resources, and confidence to care for her body without shame. Through education and open conversation, we work to ensure girls are informed, supported, and empowered.

Changing the conversation changes outcomes. Let’s continue to advocate for access, equity, and dignity for all.

We couldn't be prouder of you.
