On Thursday, August 3rd, we celebrated the Swiss National Day Reception at the Union League Club Chicago. We had a strong turnout, and the event was thoroughly enjoyed by all attendees. Additionally, we had the honor of meeting the new Consul General of Switzerland in Chicago, Pascal Bornoz, along with his wife.

After a 3-year delay, the Swiss American Business Council was once again to host its annual Christmas Dinner and Fundraiser at The Peninsula Hotel in Chicago.

After a long 2-year absence, we are able to hold our annual Swiss National Day reception in person. We had a good number in attendance and everyone enjoyed the tremendous views from the 42nd floor of the Swissotel on the Chicago river and overlooking Lake Michigan. We also had the pleasure celebrating the 150th anniversary of the founding of the Swiss Benevolent Society and its good works for the Swiss American community in Chicago.
