From Principal Drayton: we celebrated Ms. Cabrera on her retirement. She has served as a clerk for 27 years at Mayer and 40 years in the district—an incredible legacy. At her surprise celebration, I shared what I’ll say again here: I truly don’t know where I would be without her. We are grateful she has agreed to stay through the first week of August to continue training Ms. Morgan, who will step into the clerk role. Thank you, Ms. Cabrera. You will be deeply missed, and you deserve every joy in this next chapter.
