Dear members

The next scheduled meeting is Wednesday August 12th at 7:00 pm. We will be off next month in September so the next meeting after this won’t be till October for the fall, we have many important issues to discuss and prepare for upcoming events. It is very important that everyone attend. We will be serving a meal so please text or call if you plan on coming so we have enough food for everyone. Some of the upcoming events that we will be discussing is fall dance our annual dinner dance and our New Year’s Eve party so we are asking everyone to please attend we need everyone’s help to make any event that we plan in the future to be successful. Also, we will be talking about our annual ad book so that we can start selling ads for our ad book. this is also a good time to reach out to some of our paesane to come and participate and consider becoming a member of our society.

Our next scheduled monthly meeting is set for this Wednesday, June 10 at 7 PM. We will be ordering food so if you plan on attending, please let one of the officers know so that we have enough food for everyone. We will be discussing the upcoming picnic in July and future events. We need members to start participating at these meetings hope to see everyone this Wednesday.
