The countdown to summer is on! Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 13th, because we have an incredible full-day itinerary lined up for the whole neighborhood.

Whether you’re a green thumb, a photography enthusiast, or just looking for a fantastic family day out, this is for you!

🗺️ Edgebrook Garden Walk
Time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

The Vibe: A beautiful, self-guided tour through the lush, historic greenery of Old Edgebrook.

Starting Hub: Head to Creativo Garden (6427 N. Kinzua Ave) to pick up your official tour map, check out the kids' activities, and enter the garden container raffle!

🎈 Family Garden Party
Time: Starting at 3:30 PM

The Vibe: Keep the community spirit going! Join us right after the walk for an afternoon of fun garden activities and neighborhood mingling.

Location: Creativo Garden (6427 N. Kinzua Ave)

⏰ Big Moment: The highly anticipated Raffle Drawing will happen at 5:00 PM sharp! Don't miss your chance to win.

Today, we pause as a community to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. We are profoundly grateful for their selflessness, courage, and dedication to protecting our freedoms.

Let’s make Edgebrook shine! ✨

It’s time for the Edgebrook Community Association’s annual Spring "Clean-and-Green" event! Join your neighbors as we team up with the citywide day of service to beautify the area around our Edgebrook Metra Station. Service hour verification is available for students and organizations! Please make sure to check in at the start of the event to track your hours.

When: Saturday, April 18th at 9am
Where: Edgebrook Metra Station
Supplies: Everything will be provided!

🍫 A Sweet Thank You to Our Community Partners! 🍦

The ECA would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to two local favorites who helped make our Egg Hunt extra special this year!

A huge shoutout to Ron Mondel of The Chocolate Shoppe and Arthur Paris of Happy Foods for their incredibly generous donations of "sweet treat" certificates found inside our eggs. 🍬✨

These businesses truly exemplify Community Spirit. We are so lucky to have them in our neighborhood—please remember to show them some love and patronize both of these fantastic local spots!

WEATHER UPDATE: New Location for the Egg Hunt! 🐣🐇

Your safety is our priority, and with severe weather on the forecast, we're moving the ECA Annual Egg Hunt indoors!

We are committed to bringing the Easter fun, rain or shine! So, grab your baskets and we'll see you at the school for a wonderful egg hunt.

🥚 Rain or Shine, the Hunt is On! 🌧️☀️
Getting those baskets ready? We are too! We’re tracking the forecast, but the ECA Easter Egg Hunt is happening regardless of a few raindrops.

However, your safety is our top priority. In the event of severe weather, we will move to a backup location.

🐾Help Our Furry Friends & Meet Bluey!🐾

Looking for a Sunday afternoon that’s big on fun and even bigger on heart? Join us for the "Helping Rescue Dogs Heal" fundraiser benefiting Garrido Stray Rescue Foundation and Famous Fido Rescue!

Whether you’re a dog lover, a music fan, or have kids obsessed with Bluey, there is something for everyone.

When: Sunday, March 8, 2026 | 1:00pm – 4:00pm

Where: The Fairway (6676 W. Howard St., Niles)

Tickets: $50 per Adult (Kids' food is sponsored!)
