unemployment. Through innovative and comprehensive programming, spiritual guidance, and ongoing support, we assist people toward a life that is free from the bo***ge of chemical addiction, homelessness, and unemployment. The Salvation Army is made up of thousands of officers, soldiers, adherents, employees, volunteers and other individuals all working together to holistically meet the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of those less fortunate. The Salvation Army Metropolitan Division is the administrative unit which provides services to people in need in Greater Chicago, Northern Illinois and Northwestern Indiana.
