Motivated by the love of God and having a desire to share that love with others, The Salvation Army Freedom Center Campus provides a holistic approach to those who need to change their direction in life, including those suffering from substance abuse, homelessness, and/or

unemployment. Through innovative and comprehensive programming, spiritual guidance, and ongoing support, we assist people toward a life that is free from the bo***ge of chemical addiction, homelessness, and unemployment. The Salvation Army is made up of thousands of officers, soldiers, adherents, employees, volunteers and other individuals all working together to holistically meet the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of those less fortunate. Our organization is a nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law. The Salvation Army Metropolitan Division is the administrative unit which provides services to people in need in Greater Chicago, Northern Illinois and Northwestern Indiana. The Salvation Army is currently officially at work in 131 countries worldwide. It is a Christian organization and part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible.
