Life Impacters Foundation would like to extend our sincere gratitude to It’s Islamic Development and Empowerment in America (IDEA) for their generous food donations to our Community Hermosa Food Pantry.

Because of your generosity and commitment to serving others, more than 200 individuals and families were blessed with food today. 🥦🍎🥖🥫

For many of the people who walk through our doors, food assistance is more than receiving groceries; it means having one less worry, being able to provide a meal for their children, and knowing that their community cares.

We’re Hiring: Reentry Navigator / Case Manager for our ICIJA grant! Life Impacters Foundation is seeking a compassionate, dependable professional to walk alongside people as they work toward stability and new opportunities. Our Reentry Navigator provides individualized case management to participants in our reentry, workforce development, and food access programs. This includes completing intakes, creating service plans, helping participants set goals, and connecting them with resources for employment, education, housing, mental health, substance use treatment, and family support.

The right candidate will build trusting relationships with participants, stay in contact as needs change, and work closely with staff and community partners to coordinate services. This role also includes community outreach, accurate case notes and reporting, participant scheduling, and support with pantry access. Applicants should have at least three years of experience in case management, social services, or community based programs, plus strong communication and organizational skills.
