As we head into the weekend let's remember John 16:33, “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” Do not let the world distract you from Heavenly things 💓

We may be biased, but the farm is extra beautiful in the fall. It's another gorgeous day in October and the fall colors are amazing. The herd is enjoying the warm temperatures, we are enjoying how blessed we are 🐴🩷

Get ready for some festive fun at the farm! 🎄🐴 Join us for the "Deck The Stalls" Cookie Walk & Pictures with Santa. Help us add a hint of Christmas flare, grab some delicious cookies, and meet Santa and two of his favorite little helpers!

Event Details:

📅 Date: December 12, 2026

⏰ Time: 11 am - 2 pm

📍 Location: True North Training Stables, 927 North 150 West, Chesterton, IN 46304

Activities & Pricing:

🎨 Decorating: $10 per family to decorate, and all decorations will be provided with hot chocolate!

📸 Photos: Snap a picture with Santa & his minis for $10!

🍪 Cookie Walk: Cookies will be sold for $10 & $15 a box.

TURN FROM EVIL AND DO GOOD. Turning from evil means both rejecting evil outwardly and addressing it inwardly within our own hearts.

SEEK PEACE AND PURSUE IT. Peace isn’t the absence of conflict; it’s the presence of restored harmony.

Seeking peace means we aren’t just peace-keepers; we are peacemakers who actively pursue being a part of restoration.

Turning from evil, choosing to do good, and pursuing peace all have one thing in common: they require action.

It has been a whirlwind of serving and helping others the past few days. Today, we are thankful for the quiet, still moments to rest and reboot. Always take time to replenish your cups! ❤️🩷

Building trust one step at a time! 🐴 This mom and daughter duo crushed their blindfolded obstacle course, learning to rely on each other to guide sweet Poppy, our absolute angel pony, safely over the wooden bridge and through the arena. Equine-assisted activities like this are such a fun, beautiful way to bring families closer together and strengthen communication. We love serving this community!

"He leads me beside still waters; He restores my soul" (Psalm 23:2-3).

The absolute quiet of the pond this morning, with the bright sun filtering through the leaves, is a perfect reminder to breathe. Just as the surface must settle to clearly reflect the sky, we have to intentionally pause the daily hustle to find our own clarity and peace. 💛

Just look at Rosie enjoying the simple things! In this snapshot, she is happily munching away on her hay with not a single care in the world.

It immediately brings to mind Psalm 104:14: "He causes the grass to grow for the cattle, and vegetation for the labor of man, so that he may bring forth food from the earth."

Looking at Rosie with a mouthful of hay is a beautiful, grounding reminder for us. She doesn't stress about tomorrow's pasture or worry about where her next meal is coming from; she just peacefully enjoys exactly what is right in front of her. In life, we can get so caught up in the hustle, the storms, and the heavy lifting that we forget to pause and appreciate our daily provisions. Let this be a little reminder to trust that our needs will be met, to stay present, and to find deep gratitude in the simple, everyday gifts we are given. 🐴🌾💛

Phillipians 4:6-7 says "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
