Dear Member-Owner:

The By-Laws of Chester Recreational Association state that “The Annual Meeting of the Association shall be held during the third full week of October.”

This year’s meeting will take place on: Tuesday, October 20th at 6 pm at Chester Recreational Association on the tennis courts. Please bring a chair for your comfort.

The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to provide financial updates to the member-owners, nominate and elect members in good standing for open Board of Directors positions and review the organizational by-laws (as needed).

We have many open positions on the Board.

Additionally, we are looking for members who would like to serve on the board. If you are interested in volunteering to serve on the Chester Recreational Association Board of Directors, please complete a Board Member application and bring it to the meeting or reach out to a current Board Member. The application can be found on our website, chesterrec.org. There will also be an opportunity for additional candidates to be nominated from the floor.

A report on the pool’s finances will be provided.

We look forward to seeing you on the 20th.

Best Regards,
CRA Board of Directors
