The Chester Garden Club participated in a Community celebration of J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings Trilogy with a schematic of a Hobbit Village displayed at the Chester Library. Several Club members participated, but kudos go to Donna Schilly and Jennifer Mcmichaels for all of their hard work and leadership!
