1. Let's treat everyone with respect.

You must live in North Oaks, Centralia Road, Chesterfield, VA.

2. We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Kindness is required.

3. Posts for lost or found pets or items, yard sales, personal items for sale, etc. can be posted on this page. If in doubt, send a personal message with the information. This is only available for residents of North Oaks. Advertising of businesses

or services is prohibited.

4. Communications should be of benefit for the entire community. Personal conversations should be done elsewhere.

5. Bullying, degrading comments, or profanity are not allowed.

6. Perhaps the most charged topic in the country today, we ask that our members refrain from posting anything that can be perceived as political, socially charged, intentionally inciting, isolating, or demeaning in any way.

7. If you have questions on what can be on the page, please send a personal message.

8. If you have questions regarding covenants or an issue that needs to be addressed by the HOA Board, please contact the HOA at [email protected].

9. North Oaks Homeowners Association reserves the right to remove any posts deemed inappropriate or not following the rules. Continued offenses will be cause for being blocked.

For those who were unable to participate in last weekend's yard sale, the North Oaks HOA will leave the sign up at the entrance for those who would like to do a yard sale this Saturday, October 14. Hopefully, the weather will be more accommodating this time.

Is anyone missing a brown and white striped cat? The owner at 10302 Oakside Drive reports there is a cat fitting that description stuck in a tree in their backyard. They will not be home until later in the afternoon and hopes the owner can come help him/her down.
