As another school year comes to a close, we’re celebrating the incredible impact of our Site Coordinators and all they’ve accomplished for students across Chesterfield.

Last week, our CIS-C team gathered for our end-of-year staff celebration to reflect, reconnect, and recognize the outstanding work happening in our schools. A special highlight of the afternoon was presenting our Five Basics Awards — peer-nominated awards recognizing Site Coordinators who exemplify the Five Basics that help students thrive.

From showing up day after day for students and families to building strong relationships and creating opportunities for success, our Site Coordinators make a difference that extends far beyond the classroom.

Thank you to our entire team for another year of changing lives and helping students realize their full potential. We’re proud of all that was accomplished this year and can’t wait to see what’s ahead. 💙✨
