The suspect was seen leaving the area in a white Honda sedan displaying 30-day temporary tags.

The suspect was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black jeans, and beige Jordan 4 shoes.

The suspect selected various merchandise items and left without paying. The suspect is described as a white female wearing a black short-sleeve shirt, black leggings ripped in the front, and a blue flannel shirt tied around her waist.

On Wednesday, October 18, 1989, Donna Cannaday, age 22, was found shot and killed in a ditch on West Road near the Chesapeake Regional Airport in Chesapeake, VA.

The front and back doors of the home she rented in the southeastern part of the city were found wide open. Her purse and keys were missing, but her shoes were left by the front door. Donna was located several miles from her home by family and friends.

More than three decades later, this case remains unsolved. Even the smallest memory or detail, something that may have seemed insignificant at the time, could help investigators bring answers to Donna’s case.

The suspect then exited the store without paying for the merchandise. He was last seen leaving the area in a black Infiniti with dark tinted windows. 2026-0005697 - On May 2, 2026, between the hours of 7:00 pm and 11:00 pm, an unknown suspect trespassed on A&W Construction's job site located on Peaceful Rd. While on the job site, the suspect vandalized multiple construction vehicles and created an estimated $500,000.00 worth of damage to the surrounding construction site.
