When one war dominates the headlines, others don’t stop. They become easier to ignore.

As tensions between Pakistan and Afghanistan deepen, civilians face border closures, displacement, economic hardship, and lives trapped between military agendas, while much of the world looks away.

While global attention is focused on the Iran conflict, the war between Pakistan and Afghanistan continues.

We spend fortunes destroying ecosystems through war, then call climate action, restoration, and biodiversity protection “too expensive.” The money exists. The priorities are the crisis.

Ecological damage from war can be vast and enduring, experts say, yet it continues—despite international legal protections.

The grim business model: call it “development,” surround it with soldiers, displace communities, then act stunned when militarization produces violence. Cabo Delgado deserves justice.

Mozambican soldiers have been accused of r**e and s*xual violence against women and girls in Cabo Delgado, while staff working on TotalEnergies’ LNG project allegedly coerced displaced women and girls into s*x, according to interviews and an unpublished UN report obtained by Forbidden Stories.

The history of labor movements shows that workers often understand how economic power can be used in service of human rights. This vote raises a broader question: if unions, universities, and pension funds examine where their investments go, what policies become harder to sustain?

The right to protest is a cornerstone of democratic society. Property damage can be addressed under ordinary law, but branding antiwar activists as terrorists only shows how dissent is criminalized.

Britain's Court of Appeal ruled that the government was right to proscribe Palestine Action - what happens next?

Just hours after the U.S. and Iran signed a framework to end the war, Israeli drone strikes hit southern Lebanon. Diplomacy cannot survive if U.S. weapons keep enabling attacks that sabotage it.

A spokesperson for Iran's Foreign Ministry said the agreement with the US would be "nullified" if the Trump administration refused to "force" Israel to end its assault on Lebanon.
