Catastrophic injury cases demand a clear, powerful Opening Statement that helps jurors understand the full human impact of what was taken.

Using the TLC Method and psychodramatic tools, lawyers will sharpen Opening Statement skills, deepen case discovery, and learn to present the client’s story with greater clarity, credibility, and power—all while training in beautiful Santa Cruz, California.

Class size is capped at 20 students. This skill qualifies for TLC’s 7-Step Program.
