June 8-10 2025 in Charleston, SC I Fab is 48 hours of educational and inspirational workshops created for women, by women in the hospitality industry.

Fab is about connecting, sharing and learning about the business of food and beverage. It’s about moving forward, standing up for yourself, being brave, baller and badass. It’s about women supporting women in their life goals. Fab’s a veritable feast (yeah we did) for the senses and soul.

Feedback can be one of the hardest, and most valuable, parts of leadership. This session dug into how to give clear, constructive feedback and how to receive it with openness and professionalism.

Moderator Keia Mastriani led speakers Leslie Ferrier, Elizabeth Meltz, Elizabeth DePalmer, and Christine Cikowski through a conversation full of practical tools for navigating tough conversations, strengthening teams and using feedback to elevate service and performance.

The Progression of the Partnership Agreement 📝

One of the most valuable truths shared at FAB this year: your business agreement is not a “set it and forget it” document. As your business evolves, new partners, new revenue streams, shifting roles, your agreement needs to evolve right alongside it.

Jasmine Moy, Jenny Goodman, and Melissa Yanc-McGaughey led an honest, practical conversation on treating partnership agreements as living, fluid documents. They walked attendees through how to recognize the signs it’s time for an update, how to have those sometimes-uncomfortable conversations with business partners, and why revisiting your agreement regularly is one of the best things you can do to protect your business, and your relationships, long term.

The Impact Hub brought together over 14 critical resources for FAB attendees: experts in mental health, legal, accounting, finance, and more, all in one place. Of course there were the most delicious snacks, libations, and a spirited competition to end the day.

The Connection Concierge was back for FAB 2026, and the introductions were just the beginning ✨

One of the most-loved parts of FAB is the opportunity to meet the right people at the right time. Whether attendees were looking for collaborators, potential employees, media connections, or new industry friends, the Connection Concierge was there to make those meaningful introductions happen.

FAB community, we need your support 🤍

Many of you had the honor of meeting Tifyane at FAB, a team member at Welton’s and a true hospitality legend.

Right after FAB, Tifyane was diagnosed with stage three ovarian cancer and has just begun treatment.

A GoFundMe has been set up to help support her through chemotherapy, and all expenses she’ll have in conjunction with this grueling journey. Every donation will make a real difference during this incredibly difficult time.
