I've been thinking about what I want to ask Nick Fogle when we sit down on June 10.

He bootstrapped Wavve to $150k MRR without taking a dollar of outside capital, sold it for a mid-7-figure exit, then raised $1.7M for ChurnKey. Two companies, two completely different strategies, and a perspective on both that I haven't heard many founders articulate.

For Nick, raise vs. bootstrap isn't a moral question. It's a trade-off question. Equity, autonomy, the pressure to grow for investors instead of the business. He's made both trades and has a clear-eyed view of what each one cost him.

That's the conversation I'm most looking forward to having with him.

I don't say this lightly...JT White is one of the most interesting people I know.

He's one of the smartest AI and product thinkers I've come across.

Not in a "posts about AI" way. In a "co-founded an AI company, got it acquired, wrote a book called Build for Better, and is still shipping product right now" way.

He's also just one of those people who figures it out. No excuses, no waiting for perfect conditions.

That energy is rare and it comes through every time he talks.
